The Department of Management and Leadership at Texas Christian University invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor of Management (tenure-track) within the Neeley School of Business. Successful candidates will begin employment in Fall 2024.
Description
Successful candidates will demonstrate significant research and teaching accomplishments in organizational behavior or closely related fields. Primary responsibilities include conducting high quality research and teaching undergraduate and/or MBA courses. Collegiality and a demonstrated ability to work with others are highly valued. The teaching load and salary are competitive and commensurate with qualifications. We are open to applicants at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, with a preference for a senior Assistant candidate.
Requirements
Candidates for the position should possess (or expect completion of by August 2024) an earned doctorate in management or I/O psychology.

The TCU Neeley School of Business is comprised of six academic departments including Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Information Systems and Supply Chain Management, Management and Leadership, Marketing, and Finance. The TCU Neeley School of Business has an annual enrollment of 3,248 (2021-2022) undergraduate and graduate students, 215 employees and 24,595 alumni. The Neeley School is proud to be fully accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) for our undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition, our Accounting department is among an elite number (less than 200) accredited by AACSB.
