Austin is the historic state capital of Texas and is the location of the Texas Department of Transportation Headquarters.  TxDOT is looking for a Financial Reports Accountant II who has experience operating in a governmental accounting environment with the associated reporting deadlines.  The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, has a strong understanding of accounting systems, processes and best practices. As a Financial Reports Accountant, you will be a vital part of our team, helping to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting that supports informed decision-making.
