Responsibilities (Reporting directly to the CFO): Enhance and oversee existing operational processes and procedures necessary to support accounting of transactions, recordkeeping and internal controls Manage all accounting functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Cash Management, General Ledger (consisting of 5 direct reports) Support the month-end and year-end close process Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements Manage WIP and revenue recognition including customer billings, job costs, costs to complete, project contract amounts, project profit and costs/billings in excess Work with Project Management on Monthly gain/loss reporting Manage and comply with local, state a
