We need a qualified adjunct faculty to teach ACCT 3334 (Ethics for Accountants) course in spring 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Teach state board approved ethics course (ACCT 3334 - Ethics for Accounting). Opportunities for teaching an additional course (Managerial Accounting ) may also be available.

• Keep records, post grades (mid-term & final), submit attendance reporting, and mentor students.

• Posts and maintains office hours.

• Other duties as assigned by department head.

Required Education & Experience:

• Master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in accounting courses, CPA certification (active).

• Prior teaching experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to use virtual technology and related  software to support online teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Accounting

• CPA/CMA certification

• One year prior teaching experience.
